ENGAGEMENT

1. Thank you for accepting our offer to present the seminar service “Millionaire Mind Intensive” to you.

TIME AND PLACE

2. Your payment of the Investment entitles you to:

  • Attend the seminar services “Millionaire Mind Intensive”.
  • Receive a copy of the Materials and/or bonuses included in your purchase as stated on the website and in your confirmation of purchase email.
  • If circumstances require, we may change the Speakers, hours and/or dates of the seminar services by notifying you in writing. Any changes will not alter the seminar content.

(i) Success Resources UK Limited shall have no liability to you; and
(ii) You shall make no claim against us (including for a refund) in respect of the same.

INVESTMENT AND PAYMENT

3. You must pay the Investment Sum in full (lump sum or installment plan) upon placing the Order, without set off, deduction or counterclaim.

4. If payment is not made in full prior to the start date, Success Resources UK Limited reserves the right to refuse access and cancel your order.

ATTENDEE DETAILS FOR THE “MILLIONAIRE MIND ONLINE”

5(a). We must receive the following attendee details at least 21 days prior to the start date:

  • Name
  • Contact Number
  • Email
  • Postal Address

5(b). It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide all attendee details at least 21 days prior. Once submitted, details cannot be updated.

5(c). Each attendee must provide a unique email and contact number. Updates must be made via the link in the confirmation email or by emailing info.eu@srglobal.com.

5(d). All attendees must register using the provided link at least 21 days prior to the start date. Failure to register will result in no access.

TRANSFERRING “MILLIONAIRE MIND INTENSIVE”

6. Tickets cannot be transferred to another event or product offered by Success Resources UK Limited.

EVENT CANCELLATIONS / POSTPONEMENTS

7. We may cancel, reschedule or postpone the Seminar Services for any reason and will use reasonable efforts to notify you.

(a) If cancelled, we will refund the Investment paid minus reasonable administration costs within 30 days.

(b) If rescheduled or postponed, tickets may be transferred to the new date. Services already provided are non-refundable. Rescheduled events are not eligible for refund.

DISCLOSURES

8. You acknowledge that:

  • (a) Neither the company nor its representatives are investment advisors.
  • (b) They do not provide investment advice services.
  • (c) Commissions may be paid to third parties arising from this contract.

TICKET SALE AND RESALE

  • 9(a). Resale or re-advertisement of tickets is strictly forbidden.
  • 9(b). If found advertised for resale, access may be cancelled without refund.
  • 9(c). Rights to alter the ticket name will be forfeited if resale occurs.

FORCE MAJEURE

10. If the Seminar Services are prevented due to events beyond control (act of God, fire, flood, pandemic, strikes, etc.), the promoter may postpone or cancel and refund as per the applicable terms.

GENERAL

  • 11. All communications must be sent to info.eu@srglobal.com.
  • 12. Delay or non-exercise of rights does not constitute waiver.
  • 13. The seminar is for mature audiences. Children under 13 are not permitted.
  • 14. All content is in English. Contact info.eu@srglobal.com for translation inquiries.
  • 15. Speakers appear at different times, not for the full duration.
  • 16. One invoice per order. Communication is with the buyer until attendee details are provided.
  • 17. This is a live event. No recordings will be available.
  • 18. Online attendees will receive a registration link approximately 21 days prior to the start date.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

19. You acknowledge that seminar materials are confidential and considered trade secrets. You agree not to disclose, record, reproduce, or create derivative materials related to the seminar content. Breach may result in civil litigation and damages.

20. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Success Resources UK Limited and its representatives from any loss or damage resulting from breach of these Terms.

REFUND POLICY

21. Cooling Off Period: A 14-day cooling off period applies from purchase date, allowing a full refund request.

22. Refund Eligibility: After 14 days, no refund requests will be accepted.

23. Transfer of Enrollment: Transfers to another date may be permitted subject to availability and possible additional charges.

24. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend without notice results in forfeiture of registration fee.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this refund and cancellation policy.
